I will only comment on G&R as it looks close to one of my squads:
I would drop the Ugger and Carth. Carth, despite his Jim Rome beard, isn't worth the points when you can get Atton for cheaper and could do more damage in the right circumstances. The Ugger could be substituted for by a couple of nicer pieces and isn't so cumbersome. My substitutions would be Atton for Carth due to his potential of 40 damage in the right circumstances. Bring in an OR Captain for the D boost to just about anyone that's OR. I would also bring in 2 Antarian Rangers (whose defense if partnered up with either Atton or Crusader could rank up to 23 in the open and 27 in cover) to lay down fire.
Just a suggestion as I know there are better ideas.
