This Saturday, 12-14 New Zealand players are congregating in Silverstream for the annual 200 point tournament LowerHuttACon.
We're expecting it to be a bit smaller than last year's 19 player tournament, as not so many of the out of town players are able to make it, but it still features last year's champion Dr Daman, as well as Sharron who's made the top two all three years. We have doug*platypus representing the Hawera group, and Darth O coming down from Hawkes Bay, and six of the top seven players from last year's National Tournament, so it's a tough field, despite some notable absences.
