V-set extension not working Options

I have not used Vassal in some time, and I wanted to use it again, so checked it to make sure it still worked. I was having troubles with it, so I uninstalled it all, and reinstalled everything with the newest versions (posted here https://onedrive.live.com/?cid=24FF31140263D0A4&id=24FF31140263D0A4%21260&authkey=%21AGRToDXmlIVIpP4)

I also updated Java. Both Vassal and the SWM mod work fine, the V set ext is not working. My Vassal say my SWM Mod is for Vassal 3.2.2, but my V set ext is for Vassal 3.2.8. Vassal says it is Version 3.2.1.11.

My v set extension is in the Vassal folder where it should be.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

if you can get on skype, i can send you all of the files, i just dont have the most recent version of vassal
