If the Dark Woman gives Snow Bunny Padme a Force Rating with Light Tutor, she then qualifies for Qui-Gon Trainers CE of Allied characters with a Force rating and with a printed Attack rating of 10 or less get +4 Attack? It seems like it would work, I just want to make sure before I post the squad.

Yes it would, light tutor makes it so that they HAVE a force rating, so yes, it would work

Barring an erratta, it should work. There is nothing overtly stating otherwise.
