Last year Jonny was allowed to sleep in a room with us gamers guys. I'm not sure that would be an issue this year, but it is worth asking.

To be perfect clear--anyone staying in a room that is provided to SWM Gamers by Gen Con MUST work for the group during the Con (running events, manning the registration table, etc.). These rooms have not been made available to our group for places our friends can crash for free. Jonny was allowed to stay in that room in exchange for providing service to the group, and anyone staying in one of those rooms this year would be expected to do the same.

ETA: Apparently I was way late responding to this comment; however, the information still holds. If anyone is completely desperate for space and willing to work for a few hours over the con (and doesn't need a free badge), contact James W. and he MIGHT be able to hook you up.
