Does he have a lightsaber? If not, shouldn't he? I think at this point in time, Ben had given him Anakin's lightsaber. Thanks in advance

This particular variation does not have a lightsaber, similar to Luke, Hero of Yavin.

Luke, HoY does have a lightsaber though.

For a character to have a lightsaber, it needs to have one of the following:

A visible lightsaber on the mini (or picture of the suggested mini for V-Sets)
The Lightsaber Special Ability printed on the card
A printed Force Power with the word Lightsaber in it.

Luke, Red 5 does not meet any of these criteria, so he does not have a lightsaber.

I guess I misunderstood the question. HoY is a shooter, and that was my point. Sorry about that.

he doesn't, and it was intentional.

He had one nothing of worth with it at this point. This incarnation is about his accuracy and activity with a gun.

perhaps the better analogy is that he does not have a lightsaber similar to how Luke farmboy.
