I'd complete the (stats) collection:
RS Luke Jedi
Caedus
Malak DLotS
AT-AT

And then... a custom of something that really needs a custom. Like a Sarlacc. Or Malakili. Or Embo.

Anything? (does the little The Mask dance) BigGrin
okeedoke: WRINGS HANDS TOGETHER

at long last,
there'd be:

1. AT-TE (in true 1/48 scale), I've tried making this on the k8203, it didn't happen. I'm talking high quality resin or rolled sheet metal and lazer etch stuff. It's up to Santa's Elves to make that happen; it doesn't have to be assembled or painted though - that is half the fun of models.
2. LAAT (in TRUE 1/48 scale) - ALWAYS WANTED ONE OF THESE! my previous pepakura and bitzbashed attempts frankly look like shite compared to what was envisaged... the ARC variant from Tartakovsky's Clone Wars would be PERFECT
3. HMP/MAF droid gunship in 1/48 - the Hasbro one was too huge, the diecast, too small... i need the goldilocks variant hehehe
4. MvM's Jawa Sandcrawler (in his 1:144 scale, it's still freakin huge. 1:48th would be IDEAL)
5. and for the last one, it's a toss up between a Jabba's Sail Barge (1/48th) or the republic law-enforcement 'heavy sector fighter' (in 1/48th) from bounty hunter - that thing was awesome looking!
(optional: POP Acrylic pivotable clips x many!)

If however, the list can only be from things which already exist, or which are SWMinis only;
1. Durge (CS: bonus points if its the Ironlightsaber variant)
2. Colossal Crab Droid
3. destroyer droid (standing)
4. Boba Fett, Bounty Hunter
5. Yoda (CS)

I've given a segment of my collection (mostly duplicates) to a local game club - with a proviso they're held in perpetuity to the club, and/or return to me should the club dissolve for any reason. They should be able to game with most any faction, star wars themed.
The idea is, there'd be enough to make a 'lame loaner' squad, and that folks can re-capture some of that "White Dwarf" era style, and make their own figures and whatnot too.

great conversation topic,
and I look forward to seeing what Santa would be in for this year... BigGrin

EDIT:
some pictures for the more visually-minded, to break up a 'wall of text' hehehe BigGrin

Since Santa has unlimited awesome powers - Santa could easily acquire those (or such resembling the above).
