"Until the end of the round, target enemy has -4 Defense."

As I read this ability, it doesn't need to happen on the character's activation. The only real restriction is targeting rules...so basically, this should read

"The closest legal target has -4 Defense."

Am I reading this right?

No. Targetting can target a character on the R4's own turn. It works like Force Stun in when it can be activated. This is covered in the rules insert.

LOL I just noticed something. on the checklist online they put sith instead of separatists. It would be funny if that happened in the actual checklist.

So now the Sith can get a taste of what the Trade Federation has to put up with being surrounded by a bunch of moronic talking tin cans. ThumbsUp

Actually, I'm just glad they decided to have one. Digital or not. They help a lot.

Does targeting stack? can 2 R4's target the same character for -8 defense?
Thanks

You can't stack upon the same ability. So Targeting wouldn't stack with itself. However, Targeting and Traps would because they are two different abilities that have the same end result.
