ok for someone like Lobot, CLO who has fringe reserves 30 it says: If you roll exactly 11 for initiative, you can add up to 30 points of Fringe characters to your squad immediately before your first activation of the round. i just wanted to confirm that I can use this every time i roll an 11 for initiative and not just once.
