Location: New Zealand ( kind of by Australia)
I quite like using a Rebel Captain with a Hoth Trooper Officer, cause rebel troopers get twin attack and deadeye. That means standard rebel troopers can do 40 damage. Don't even get me started on my Hoth Trooper With Repeating Blaster Cannon!

Let me know of other CE's that work together.

General Wedge Antilles -- allies gain Evade and Mobile Attack.

Leia Skywalker -- Allies within 6 can reroll saves

Consider the effect on trying to shoot Ossus Guardians:

Evade - fail that?
Retry evade. (75% of all shots that "hit" actually miss)
Fail the evade? Crab armor 6. Fail that?
Retry crab armor 6. (94% of shots that get through are reduced by 10 damage)

Overall expected damage from a 20 damage shot that "hits"... 2.65 hit points. Negates over 86% of the damage from 20-damage shots.



Consider the effect on trying to shoot a Jensaari Defender (who has a force point available for Lightsaber Deflect):

Evade - fail?
Retry evade. (75% of all shots that "hit" actually miss)
Fail evade? Lightsaber Deflect - fail that?
Retry lightsaber deflect. (94% of all shots that "hit" actually miss)
For the the 6% that get through...
Force-attuned armor. Fail that roll? Re-roll that too. 75% of the shots that do damage are reduced by 10 damage.

Overall expected damage from a 20 damage shot that "hits"... 0.75 hit points. Negates over 96% of the damage from 20-damage shots.
