The detailed start of game and start of round procedures are now official:

The list is pretty much the same as what's been out there for the past couple of years. Nothing new in there or any surprise rulings. What's new is that (as of a couple months ago) it was officially recognized by swinefeld as the rules resource for those parts of the game, and brand new today is that it's a PDF.

neat, thanks for codifying this and putting it into a very ergonomic pdf manual format.
this will be printed and stapled to go with DCI-rules arbiter manual and 'the code',
along with the venue-specific terms etc.
