I forgot from PT if Defense Beacon stopped Twin Attack as well. Can someone let me know please.

Yes, assuming the attacking character has already moved more than 6 squares.

If the attacking character has moved more than 6 squares and becomes adjacent, they cannot attack a second time. If they have already attacked twice and they become adjacent, they cannot move more than 6 squares that turn. If they have both moved more than 6 squares and attacked twice, when they become adjacent their movement stops and they cannot attack.
