Can you combine fire with a piece using telekinetic combat to attack a nonadjacent enemy with a lightsaber?

If so, does Spotter grant the damage bonus as well?

I don't think so, you cant combine fire with someone that has melee attack special ability I believe.

from the FAQ

Q: TCan other characters combine fire on a Lightsaber Throw?
A: No. This character still has Melee Attack even though certain abilities interact as if it's a nonmelee
attack.

Correct, and would also apply to Blaster on Grievous etc, and to add to that, you also cannot combine fire with a character making a melee attack like Poisoned Blade (FAQ ref) or Gauntlet Knife which is similar.
