Just a note about Commercial Spaceport/Starport Terminal/Starport District. Those are 3 different maps and since I was confused for a bit I thought I'd try to clarify for others. All 3 are maps from Matt Francella/JediCartographer/Armored Cartographers/Adventurers Atlas.

It has images of all the maps up through 2014 and says where to find them (including the flip-sides of each map). In particular, it has images of these two:
* Commercial Spaceport was a 1-off map (flipside is Remote Listening Post).
* Starport District was one of the 4 maps that were part of the big "Capital City" map of Map Pack 5. Flipside is Great Library.
The current restricted-list map (Starport Terminal) is one of the latest maps by Matt (last one before his current Kickstarter campaign), and it is still available at Miniature Market. It's from the 2018 Map Pack 7:
