I don't have the v-set cards to confirm, but a comment on the Mandalorian Counter-Intelligence Officer says that Black Ops is wrong. Currently, it says "Suppress enemy commander effects that alter the number of activations per phase." Apparently it's supposed to say "Suppress enemy abilities and commander effects that alter Initiative or the number of activations per phase."
I don't know what it's supposed to be - the ability in the comment is significantly better than the current glossary, leading me to believe the comment is mistaken. Just wanted to confirm one way or another so (a) it can be fixed or (b) someone can comment on the Officer's page so nobody else is mislead.
