Absolute blast seeing the vset 22 pieces!
Captain Rex's force pull and other little tricks was fun to see. I think with the holocron (like what you talked about) and some more force points it is a true force. Also I had my first experience against Jar Jar today. That guy is fun! annoying, but man it's Jar Jar it is supposed to be annoying. I also played against my first Resistance squad today. so many crazy things. That squad probably got more powerful as the day went on since the user has to know so many things to make it optimal. I would love to see someone master it, it would probably take me 10 games to figure it out. Glad I played against it in the first half of the day. SUPER FUN!!! and I can't wait until September's tournament!

Yeah without a doubt I got better with it as the day went on. Also maps can be a huge thing. I won handily when I won map roll, lost close ones when I didn't (Match 1 vs thereisnotry was much closer than the score). Had I planned out better approaches on the maps in both losses that would have been a big change. Had I just approached from a different angle (literally and figuratively), it would have changed the whole game in my match vs Udorian. Speaking of, wish we could have finished that game. We only got 3 rounds in because there was so much of BOTH of us trying the figure out the mechanics of my squad. It really could have gone either way if it were played out. Udorian made a killer move that really hurt my squad and hampered my movement and power output (Deep strike to kill Lando, thus negating both of Leia's CEs as long as either Anakin lived), thereby slowing things down even more. It was down to a nearly dead Momma T and mostly full HP Tyranus vs like 1/2 my squad, but the Solo boys both near death. Match 3, 14pt Young Anakin Skywalker was MVP. You don't want to kill him, but you really can't let him live. I got SO many rerolls due to Destiny of the Force. My squad probably only hit close to half of their attacks on the first try, but with the free rerolls, they rarely stayed as a miss. I finally got to use every trick in the book in my last game, and it was quite devastating (finishing off with some amazing rolls at the end adding insult to injury). Regardless, had a ton of fun. I'll want to play my squad again at some point.

Congrats Udorian! I didn't see a good place for the Tyranus, but it looks like the Lightsaber trainer with the Asajj is pretty powerful.

Yeah, if I had won that init Assaj would've gone down, but then Angral (and Amanoa and Vongerella) would've still had to deal with a full health Dooku and Cad Bane and Talzin, so I'm not sure it would've gone well for me. And if I had lost that init then it almost certainly would've sealed things. Losing Malgus early was massive...but I learned something important: I need to use FYD on the nuke piece (Assaj) because that piece will gain Savage (thus losing all CE benefits), which would've made things a heck of a lot more survivable for me. If I had done that, I think we would've had a very different game. (In our game, I used FYD on Dooku, which in hindsight was definitely a mistake.)
