Master shot is worded in a confusing way.

On this character's turn, if it doesn't move, it can attack enemies with cover even if not the nearest enemy; enemies attacked by this character cannot use Evade


It's clear that to gain the first effect (attack enemies with cover even if not the nearest enemy) it needs to be on the character's turn and they need to not move.

But the semi-colon is very confusing. Does the second effect (enemies attacked by this character cannot use Evade) have the same restrictions (it needs to be on the character's turn and they need to not move)?

I believe the intent was that if they were using Master Shot, enemies could not use Evade only in that case.

yes, it is all part of the "Master Shot" ability.

Man that is one bewildering sentence. It could have been made clear much more easily. Why on earth the semi-colon?
