I could be in the wrong here. And I cant remember if Rapport is one of those things we can no longer configure even if im right. Anyway..

I think when Jedi Holocron and Queen Amidala are in a squad together, it should cost 1 less for being a non unique republic follower due to her rapport. The holocron SA doesnt indicate it'd prevent that.

Rapport is indeed one of those things that have not been updated for a long time because no one willing is able to do so.
