Weapons expert and Tarpals. Options

Ok, so I know it has been ruled that overload and Tarpals CE don't work together, but what about weapons expert and Tarpals? For instance Fennel stand has grenades 30, so in a Tarpals build she should be able to throw grenades 2x because of Tarpals CE, but does she then also get to use weapons expert to throw nades a third time? I think yes, but not 100%.

Yes, and Overload also stacks with Weapons Expert in the same way.
