So I am finalizing my 10 squads for the Versatility Gauntlet and I was wondering how ones goes about setting up/saving a squad on Vassal to make the game set up easier. My goal is to just be able to load a file and have my squad already there instead of adding it manually during set up.

See the Roman numerals I-IV (yellow font on black background)? Choose the one corresponding to your player number. Drag your units into the window that opens. Right-click to save. Similarly, to reload later, open that window and right-click to load.

I am still in the Chicagoland area - far NW burbs. I did see the regions, alas I have prior commitments that weekend, but I did play at the Dice Dojo a handful of times and it was a lot of fun.
Not sure if I am going to organize all my actual minis for RL gaming or just stick to Vassal for the time being, but feel free to drop me a line next RL Event around us.
