So, I understand you cannot target the same character more than once in a round for cannon shots under the new floor rules. My question is what about dominating the same character more than once in the same round? It seems kind of similar, but there is also a save roll involved in Dominate so also quite different. I could see arguments for both so any rules guys that want to answer, thanks in advance.

The new floor rule includes Dominate: "A character can only be affected once per round by any abilities and commander effects from allies that grant an immediate attack or turn." (It originally said activation, not turn, but I just changed it since the latter is more correct.)
