The Jedi Holocron is not showing up in the squad builder for NR.

Unfortunately, we can't fix that one. Bloo is hard coded to only allow a piece to appear for 3 factions. Pieces that travel to 4 or more are out of luck. You'll have to choose a "light side" squad to add the holocron.
