Lightsaber defeats UrbanJedi 354 - 297 (3-1) on Dark Academy (!!) Still shocked I won this one, so I'm going to make the report as long and detailed as possible : Round 1: I win map roll and UrbanJedi starts on the left. Critical blunder made by me here - I started Cognus with the Holocron and the Nexus in the center of the map. Both of us realise simultaneously that our nexuses are positioned illegally and move them. UrbanJedi uses a combination of Vector Prime and Master Speed to set a new landspeed record with Luke, who Throws several lightsabers at Cognus, who immediately dies. BB-8 then Wheel Forms to close the door, locking the rest of my pieces in the top left hallway. My Holocron dies (saving a lot of confusion with two Holocrons) and the Nexus burns a FP. UrbanJedi gets gambit. Round 2: I win initiative with the power of the Triumvirate, and make UrbanJedi start. The Cobalt pilot runs down somewhere and hides, which is pretty much what I want to do as well. I blow the door and Traya shows Luke how professionals throw their lightsaber, with a FPRR hit on a Revanchist for 10 after Armour, and then two misses on Luke Luke laughs, loses a PotDS save, and then squishes Bandon with another massive Throw, which causes Exar to die (again). Revan sprints in and does some Sorcery, which results in an activated Nihilus (even after TWO FPRR AND a Sith Pawn) and hits Nihilus. The Assassin hits Revan and attempts to Levitate Tulak into the crowd, but Luke's Holocron cancels it (and dies in the process). BB-8 attempts to run but is scrapped by Tulak and Sion. The Revanchist sitting in Gambit Grips Sion, and Iblis is also hiding down there. Round ends with UrbanJedi getting Gambit again. Round 3: A hotly anticipated initiative that I win with a 26. Nihilus activates, sucks force from a Revanchist, Revan, and Eryl, and calls in a nuclear strike on Eryl, Luke and a Revanchist, leaving Eryl on the floor, Luke on 90 and the Revanchist on 20 while Nihilus heals 100. Revan pulls more Sorcery, (which everyone except the Killik ignores) and chops all that shiny new health off Nihilus. Tulak removes Revan and hits the Revanchist, then the Assassin lobs Sion to act as a meat shield in front of Nihilus. Sion makes the Garm save to not be activated. Luke decides he does actually want some Force and makes a tactical retreat back to Iblis and the other Revanchist. Traya removes the first Revanchist, the other one Grips Sion, and the Cobalt Squadron Pilot bravely runs into the large pile of Sith Lords. UrbanJedi is still the only one getting Gambit. Round 4: It's still anybody's game as UrbanJedi wins initiative and attacks Sion with a Forceful hug, preventing the use of Hatred. Tulak is under no such restriction as he Hates the Pilot into nonexistance, runs into Gambit, and attacks the surviving Revanchist, missing the Jar'Kai attack. Traya also runs into Gambit hoping to get some Betrayals for the Sith, but only succeeds in hitting Iblis twice (down to 20) and forgetting that Drain Life isn't Accurate ( ). The Nexus Shrouds to prevent any more nukes, and the Revanchist stabs Tulak back, who Teleports behind Garm to silently assassinate him from behind. The Assassin positions himself right in the middle of the corridor, ready to lob 80hp Nihilus into the fray next round. I finally get a round of Gambit! Round 5: UrbanJedi wins initiative and Luke is healed back to full hp by the Nexus, who dissolves. Luke then pulls his best General Grievous impression by sprinting through Tulak, Traya and the Assassin to attempt some Throws on Nihilus. Three attacks of opportunity hit, and Djem So results in Luke hitting Tulak twice (SSM succeeds), hitting Assassin twice (takes 70, on 30) and hitting Traya twice (takes 70, on 60). He then changes his mind and just dropkicks Traya out of the map with four throws for 30 each. The Assassin floats Nihilus between the Revanchist and Luke, and whacks Luke for 30, who finally fails a Djem So save. Tulak leaves Luke on 10 (but takes truckloads of damage from Djem So), and the Revanchist attacks Nihilus on 80 for what might possibly have been the winning points. Although he does crit, he also misses one attack, leaving Nihilus on 20hp. The Killik drone swoops in for the kill on Luke and (with a wee bit of help from Nihilus) kills him! Nihilus then Hungers on the remaining Revanchist, and Gambit puts me on 354. This game was won by sheer luck. I'd love to claim otherwise, but it really was just the Revanchist missing an attack, the Revanchist not making this Armour save, Luke failing the Drain Life V save, etc. UrbanJedi was winning by a landslide for the first two rounds, and only the third initiative followed by the Drain Life airstrike won me the game. Well played UrbanJedi, and I would wish you luck for the rest of the tournament but it's almost over

thereisnotry defeats Darkdracul 427-159 (3-0)
Bryan won the map roll so we played on the wretched Korriban map. I set up on the right side, with my Gatekeeper door just inside the door of the central room on that side. Leia versatlity-swapped into her HoE version (taking Cunning Attack), while Luke did the same (taking Twin).
Round 1: Bryan won init and chose to go first, opening the central door with 3P0. Asajj used Force Cloak and both of us advanced our people in a fairly safe approach. At one point Han shoot at Dooku (protected by the Spotter's energy shield), made his save after a fprr from Yoda. Dooku then had to use Deflect and a fprr to remain undamaged. Han's second attack missed. No gambit, 0-0.
Round 2: I won init! I rolled a 20, while Bryan rolled a 7 and 13. I used the Spotter-Sniper combo to hit Han for 50dmg (down to 40hp). Leia shot at the Sniper droid (no cover) and made her shield save, then used a fprr to fail it and take 10dmg, which is exactly what Bryan wanted, because it triggered her CE. Han then shot at Dooku with 40dmg shots and made all his saves, but I was lucky with my Deflects too. Obiwan advanced. Cad Bane used FA on just one target (Obiwan), but did no damage. More spinning. Then I used San to push Asajj forward just a little bit; she was still within 6 of Cad, but now also within 18 of Han! She used Cad's CE and a fp for Master Speed to Charging Fire for 40dmg against Han, but since we're playing on Vassal, she rolled a...yep, you guessed it. But she hit her twin attack for 30, so Han was down to 10hp. R2 moved adjacent to 3P0 which triggered Shut Them All Down and then he locked the central door; then Such Devotion in a Droid triggered, which pulled Luke close enough so that he could move in to smack Asajj 4x, doing only 30dmg after some solid parry saves. More people peppered away at Asajj, and she was at 60hp at the end of the round. I got gambit, 18-0 for me.
Round 3: Bryan won init. He activated 2 because Dodonna had LOS to my people. Han had no choice but to shoot Asajj for 60dmg. Bryan then made a huge play with Obiwan, using JMT to activate Grievous (who had the opportunity for a deadly Spinning Blade attack that would've netted me both Han and Leia!), and then attacked Maul (30dmg thx to Teras Kasi style). All my droid and grunt shooters then combined fire for a nice 50dmg shot at Obiwan, but he Soresu'd it away. At this point I made what turned out to be a game-changing move with Cad Bane: I used FA to base both Obiwan and Yoda, doing 20dmg to Obiwan (110hp) and 40 to Yoda (80hp). At this point, any attacks that Bryan wanted to make needed to go at Cad Bane, who used Hostage Shield to drop damage onto Obiwan (who kept failing his saves). As a result, Cad ended the round with 60hp and ended up passing 70dmg onto Obiwan via Hostage Shield. San pushed Dooku up to go crazy on Obiwan, and after a massive barrage of Force Alters from both Yoda and Obiwan, he finally went down. Force Spirit 12 went to Luke (up to 16fp, and MotF 3!). Yoda was all burned out of fp due to this. At this point I recognized something that had slipped my mind until now: my R3 Astromech has Inside Information, and Han (at 10hp) was sitting in his starting zone! I tried for the epic kill on Han with Inside Information (save 16), but Han survived after a fprr with Mettle. Artoo locked the door in my face. Gambit for both of us, 136-53 for me.
Round 4: Bryan won init and Dodonna's CE let him activate 2. Han shot first, hitting Cad once (hostage shield passed 60dmg onto Yoda, who dropped to 20hp), and then a second time, which killed Yoda. Force Spirit 6 went to Luke, who now had 22fp and Master of the Force 4!!! Luke obliterated my 60hp Cad Bane...Cad asked Maul to take some damage for him, but Maul politely declined. The dark side has cookies. This was big, since I had a nice FA lined up, where Cad would've been able to use Furious Assault on 4 Rebels (including the all-important 10hp Han Solo)! However, Dooku had the solution: he moved past Luke (taking 30dmg on the aoo) and used Chain Lightning on Artoo, which killed Han and 3P0. Then Maul used Leap to Ambush Crix, who died painfully. With Disruptive now out of the way, Maul's CE pushed Dooku adjacent to Luke again. Artoo and Leia tried to attack Maul, but he was far too menacing for them with his epic face paint. My Spotter-Sniper combo sniped Leia. Minor ineffectual attacks, until San pushed Grievous adjacent to Luke, for 4 attacks: after 4fp and several LS Defense saves, Luke was at 50hp and 16fp. Gambit for me, 280-96 for me.
Round 5: Bryan won init. Luke leaped in to kill my Spotter. Maul ambushed Dodonna and his CE gave an attack to Dooku, who dropped Lando to 30hp. Then Dooku gave up an aoo to go after Artoo, and Lando hit it and Dooku failed his Makashi save (90hp), which gave me a chance to use Riposte to kill Lando. Dooku then hit Artoo for 40dmg (down to 10hp). After Bryan was out, San pushed Grievous adjacent to Luke again, and after 4 attacks he took exactly zero damage (down to 11fp). My BX Sniper, along with my other scrubs, shot at Luke for 30dmg but Luke laughed it off: "Oh, just one attack this time? That's cute." Luke was now at 50hp and 11fp. Gambit for both of us, 336-130 for me.
Round 6: I finally won an init, so Maul charged in to Ambush Luke, who took 40dmg (down to 10hp, 7fp). He then attacked Maul back, and sent him back via Presumed Dead. My Geonosian Trooper then used Sonic Attack to prevent Luke from using fp, and combined fire with everything and hit for the kill on Luke. Dooku then finished Artoo. Gambit for me, 427-159 for me.
The best part of this game: Luke had 22 fp and Master of the Force 4! Is that some sort of record? Anyway, this game was a pile of fun. It was absolutely hilarious and predictable when Asajj rolled a 1 on the most important attack of the game. I had several chances to kill Han, who was by far my most dangerous enemy. Bryan played really well to continually nerf my attempts to chase him down and finish him off. But regardless, I was eventually able to finish the job on Han, and the rest of the squad went down smoothly enough after that. And the Dooku-vs-Obiwan&Yoda battle...that was epic! This game was great. Thanks Bryan! Gotta love them Rebels.

Mando (3pts) defeats NoffyD (1pt) : (361-188) I won map roll so we played on Korriban. Noffy chose right side. Yammosk copies Artoo's CE. Master Shaper goes on Tsalok and so does Avoid defeat. Amphistaff goes on Tsvong Lah. Luke takes twin from Luke, HoE via versatiliity, Ezra gets paired with Obi, FS. Kanan sets up next to the Nexus in the middle. I set up my guys in the top left corner, and Noffy sets up his guys mainly in the central room. The Yammosk, Priest, 8th Cortex and Domain Lah Sub all set up in the room in the upper right corner. Round 1: positioning mainly. I pull a move with Bail to get Luke up the board to open a door and allow Kanan to twin attack Noffy's Domain Lah Subaltern Kanan rolls a crit and the Sub fails his armor save and dies. gambit for NoffyD. Round 2: I win init and twin attack with Ezra on Tsalok, hitting him 1 time and activate him with jolt. Ezra started the trend of either hitting with an attack or rolling a 1....good thing i wasn't going against Darth Traya this match. More positioning from both sides. Kanan gets some shots in against Tsalok again who isn't within 6 of a vong so he takes 40 dmg total after VCA 6. I do an agressive move to get Luke up into the top right corner to be in range of attacking the Yammosk and other stuff next round. I move Ahsoka up to join Luke with Bails CE after Denua Ku moves up to take on Luke on the Yammosk from Luke's imminent assault. Tsavong Lah then joins Denua Ku to take on Ahsoka. Gambit for NoffyD Round 3: I win init and do my thing with Ahsoka and take out the Yammosk and rolling Cleave into the 8th cortex and take it out. Denua smacks Luke for 60. I make a move with Sabine to lob Grenades at a group of Vong that includes Khalee Lah, Dooje Brolo and the Consul. Dooje and the Consul fail the grandes 40 save, so Dooje dies and Consul is at 10hp. Khalee tries to take out Sabine (fails mines save, but makes VCA) but misses on her second attack after auto hitting on the first. Sabine is at 30hp. Noffy moves Harrar next to Bail Organa and Celeste Morne and then Revan moves up and double Sith Sorcery pretty much everyone else in my squad except for Atris and Ezra. Kanan makes both saves to avoid activation and he moves up next to Revan and Harrar and blaster barrages them both. Revan takes 40 dmg after Bubbling away 40 dmg and Kanan rolls a 1 vs Harrar and only deals 40 dmg to him. Ezra comes in to attack Harrar using focused attack to avoid shooting Revan, and after rolling a 1 on the first attack, he thankfully hits on the second and takes out Harrar. Luke does some damage to Tsavong Lah and takes out the Advance Agent officer. Luke dies to Tsavong Lah. NoffyD gets gambit. Round 4: NoffyD wins init and takes a couple big swings with Tsalok against Kanan, but misses on the 1st attack so the second hit doesn't do as much damage with Rend, so Kanan is down to 90hp. Kanan heals 20 with the Nexus and Blaster Barrages Revan and Tsalok (rolling another 2 1's to miss Revan and Tsalok once!) getting Revan down to 80hp and Tsalok down to 30hp. Celeste Morne ambushes Revan and takes him out with triple Jedi Hunter. The Consul takes a shot at Ezra and misses and so does Meezan. Ahoska does her damage against Denua and takes him out and Rolling Cleaves into Tsavong doing 20 total damage to him. Tsvaong does his auto hit and then 10 dmg for the second attack. I move Threepio adjacent to Nagme to turn of the CE granting +4 to init. Khalee takes out Sabine and noffy's uggie triest to damage Atris but fails. Noffy gets gambit again. Round 5: NoffyD wins init thaks to Tsavong Lah's tactician +2 and Tsalok tries to take out Ezra but misses again on the first attack, so only does 40 dmg on the second. Kanan takes 2 aoo's which both miss and he blaster barrages Tsalok, Nagme and the Consul and Tsalok makes both saves for Avoid Defeat both times he was about to die. Artoo tries to get some damage through against Tsalok, but VCA saves him from rolling for Avoid defeat. Ezra steps up to the plate and hits both twin attacks. Tsalok makes both Avoid defeat saves for the 1st attack but finally fails a save 7 on the second set of saves needed on Avoid Defeat. With Tsalok dead, my guys finally can start to clean up. Celeste turns a poor uggnaught into a Rakghoul, and that Rakghoul proceeds to miss Khalee Lah. Khalee takes out Ezra. gambit again for NoffyD. I get 1 round of gambit finally. Round 6: I win init and the Rakghoul does his 3 attacks and hits each one vs Khalee and my other damage dealers take out the last big threat. Tsvong and Ahsoka trade blows and Tsvong dies from his Devotion after trying to get more damage in vs Ahsoka. Game ends and NoffyD gets the 1pt in the loss, but he played very well! i chose to be aggresive in this game and split up my forces, sending Luke and Ahsoka to go after Noffy's Yammosk and other support, which forced Noffy to also send up 2 of his attackers to deal with those 2. I got lucky with Kanan's saves for Sith Sorcery and that allowed him to get some needed damage in against Revan and Harrar. Ezra also thankfully was outside the Sith Sorcery Bubble and thus could deal with Harrar before next round. Harrar and Revan is a scary combo.......had i not been able to take out Harrar, he'd have made it so Revan could auto activate Celeste, Bail and Kanan with Sith Sorcery in the next round, so Ezra being able to land the killing blow vs Harrar with focused attack was a big key swing in this game. Good game and it really could have gone the other way quickly had Tsalok not missed a couple of attacks.
