We are doing it! It's time for some in-person minis!

Presenting the 2025 SWM Chicago Regional!

Date: Sunday, May 11, 2025

Time: Registration begins at 10 a.m., first round begins promptly at 11 a.m. (Central time)

Cost: $10 entry fee will be used for prizes for the top 4

Location: Chicagoland Games The Dice Dojo
5550 N. Broadway
Chicago, IL 60640

The Fine Print: Current SWMGPA rules and Balance Committee decisions will be in effect. 200 point competitive squads. All released V-sets and WOTC cards will be legal. Restricted map list (Anchorhead, Desert Palace, Korriban, Theed Palace, Dark Academy, Throne Room).


I know this will be a tough weekend for some of you to get away, but I hope we can get a few people anyway.

We had 4 players.

Mike was playing Black Sun with Cad Bane (scary, jolty Caf Bane)
Bryan was playing Resistance with Ben and Rey
I was playing wookiees with Raskta and Sarro Xaj
Jason was playing Mandalorian Nightsisters, aka my 200 point Escalation squad

After a tense round Robin, the Nightsisters were declared the victors, and the friends went out for some delicious Thai food.
