Does the Keeper of the Whills SA Journal of the Whills making it to ignore other characters and not be subject to allies CE's allow for it to not cancel out General Leia's CE working if the squad only includes Resistance characters?

here is the wording used in the first part of Journal of the Whills:

Quote:
Ignores characters and terrain. Cannot open doors. Cannot attack or be damaged, and does not count as a legal target, the nearest enemy, or adjacent. Not subject to commander effects.


General Leia's CE states:

Quote:
While your squad contains only Resistance characters, lower-cost Resistance allies get +4 Attack and +10 Damage.

While your squad contains only Resistance characters: At the end of this character's turn, you may choose an ally within 6 squares and place it adjacent to an ally in its line of sight (including this character).

i could be wrong, but i imagine that in the same way that droids violate these types of commander effects, the keeper of the whills would too.

Ignoring characters is for movement.

Leia's reference to non Resistance is a condition of the CE. Characters referenced in a condition are not being subject to that CE.
