In the "Other" drop down, and going further to "Open Booster" and "Open 2 Boosters", when selected, no boosters are created, for V-sets 27 & 28.

No rarities were provided this time around for either set which is why the booster thing won't work. If someone has the ones used for GenCon sealed I can add them, though if not I suppose I could make up my own. It's not a top priority for me because I don't think that many people use the function.
