I don't mind waiting a few minutes if it means that more people get to play. But we will need to know that you're coming. The simplest thing is just to simply send in your info a couple of days ahead of time, so that we already have all you registration info, then you don't need to stress about possibly being too late.

The last time I played in an event I couldn't finish due to unforseen circumstances and I hate that. So I don't want that to happen again. So going to make sure I can actually finish what I start. Joe (gandalfthegreatestwizard) has volunteered to lead some of the events. Thanks Joe! (He'll be leading 4 of the events, and I'll be leading the other 4.) He did this with 2 of the events last year, and it went well.
I've therefore added a note (in red font) at the bottom of each event, which indicates who is leading the event and therefore who you should send your squad info to.

For Thrawn, does his CE count as 2? Commander Effect Allies gain Opportunist. At the end of this character's turn, 2 allies within 6 squares of this character who are the same size may switch positions.

Not to speak for Trevor but because there's no card space in between the two parts of Thrawn's CE, it has always been treated as a single CE.

There's no space between Opportunist and swap on bloomilk but there is one on the card I believe.

As far as stealing a commander effect ( here's looking at you Mr Yammosk  ), in my experience from reading rules decisions on Bloomilk, Thrawn's CE has always been ruled as 2 separate commander effects, so the Yammosk could only take Opportunist or the swapping ability.

"Commander Effect While your squad contains only Fringe characters, allies get +4 Attack and +10 Damage. Once per round, after initiative is determined, 1 Fringe follower can immediately move up to its Speed before any other character activates." This is 2 CE's as well?

Does it make a difference if there is a space between the stated abilities, that determines whether or not it's considered as 1 commander effect or 2? Or is it just a period? There are a number of commanders that give more than just 1 effect under their Commander effect. Another 1 is Darth Sidious' CE = Commander Effect You decide who goes first each round regardless of initiative check, unless you roll a 1. Characters in your squad can spend Force points from this character. (A character still can't spend Force points more than once per turn and can't combine this character's Force points with their own.)

Sorry, I should've been more clear in the original post. Rather than "indicate which 3 CEs..." I should've written, "indicate which 3 Commanders will have functioning commander effects..." Maim, I recommend you delete your comment on your EPIC squad, we can see the squad even if its private by hovering over your comment on the home page (good squad though :) )
