I won map and for the most part this game came down to dice.

Randy was on the left and I Was on the right. I used Ezra to take out a grunt with focused attack. Then randy bashed in and cannoned to take out sabine (who had been holding gambit). I lobbed up ahsoka and took out a trooper. Then over the next couple of rounds, between some misses by Randy and some LS defense and Deflects, Randy was unable to kill either ahsoka or Luke (40hp and 30 hp left respectively), and during all that ahsoka rolled a crit to take out 2 more troopers with rolling cleave.

Then I won init after that and it was really downhill for Randy. Kanan ended up getting off some blaster barrages and Randy was unable to do much more damage.

I won 3-0 (200+ to I think about 55 or so)

UrbanShmi (Sith) over UrbanJedi (Rebels) 204-107 (3-1) on Anchorhead.

J set up on the left and I was on the right. The first round was positioning and getting doors open, with Sabine running into the middle of the board and putting my Sith lords in traps. Second round shots were fired, but bubbles kept Talon relatively unscathed, and Nihl took out Sabine with a crit. Basically my whole squad moved into the Gambit room and J started bringing his forces around the side.
Round 3 Kanan ran into the room and took an AOO from Nihl to get a great Blaster Barrage. He killed Nihl and Kell, but did not manage to put enough damage on Krayt to send him packing. Between Krayt's triple and Talon's twin (Ataru), Kanan was down to 10 HP. Ahsoka arrived at the side door.
Round 4 I take out Ahsoka with a bunch of Ambushes. He manages to put some more damage on my Sith, but doesn't kill anyone.
Round 5 the Charge of the Lightning Brigade takes out Luke and puts 20 on 3PO. R2 attempts to land a crit on Krayt to send him back, but fails.
Round 6 I kill 3PO and go over on Gambit. The Holocron dies to give J his point.

I'm in. I would like to play a different squad. I will work on one asap, and send it to you. Have you sent your new squad in yet?

thereisnotry defeats DarthMaim 207-175 (3-1)

Mel brought in a AoL Consular and Trooper. I won the map roll so we played on Warriors' Enclave. Mel set up on the left, in the normal setup room. I set up in the big room on the right. After setup he dropped Bastila for Xesh (recon, Lightning 4, etc).

Round 1: Normal advancement. R2 towed Coleman, who went to gambit. Mel moved his guys up and an Echani Jedi went to gambit. 10-10.

Round 2: I won init (for the only time this game) and Coleman charged into the lead Echani, who used Force Bubble (from the Consular) and so she only took 20dmg. That Echani killed Coleman and then retreated. Yoda decided that the Consular HAD to go, and so R2 towed him straight forward and then Yoda diced the Consular. R2 died. Atlatl was tossed to no effect. Ani/Obi killed an Echani because of bad defense dice. Johun killed the Gungan. Gambit for me. 64-51 for me.

Round 3: Mel won init so Xesh used Zap 4 on Ani/Obi, who failed the activation save. He then sacc'ed his XT-6 to activate an Echani who ran up to base Evazan (who would now die on an aoo). Yoda charged in to kill the other Echani (requiring a use of Force Defense to cancel a LS Defense which could've left it alive). That's 2 of 3 Echani down now. Evazan got a lucky Surgery on the Echani beside him (down to 30). Johun hit Evazan for 30dmg (down to 20). Multiple crits vs Yoda, but he was lucky with his Block dice so it was fine. Gambit for both. 101-51 for me.

Round 4: Mel won init and the Echani finished off Evazan (just 1 off from making his Avoid Defeat!). Yoda laid into Farfalla, hoping to do some worthwhile dmg so that Ani/Obi could finish the job, but Yoda did a grand total of 10dmg after successful Makashi saves and a Force Bubble. Ani/Obi then charged into Johun, who was lucky to make his LS Defense save (10hp). Multiple attacks on Yoda with Farfalla and Xesh, bringing him to 70hp and 1 fp. Gambit for both, 111-87 for me.

Round 5: Mel won init and Xesh attacked Yoda, but Yoda made a Block (40hp). Because of how the OR pieces were set up, Ani/Obi and Yoda were not in a position where they could tag-team to kill a significant piece. So instead, Yoda ran away and then used a Force Attuned Throw to attack Johun, who made his LS Defense save again! Ani/Obi then jumped over both of them and killed the 30hp Echani who was trying to get away...then with Teamwork they used Push 2 to kill Johun, the brat. My Uggie died and Mel advanced some people into gambit. Gambit for both. 161-100 for me.

Round 6: Xesh didn't have LOS to anyone for Recon, so finally it was a fair initiative, right? No! Mel won it again. Xesh now had 4 fp so he moved up and zapped Yoda to death. Now it was just Ani/Obi (110hp, 1 fp) vs the world. They moved up and killed some fodder since nothing significant was within reach. Then they used Teamwork and a fp to expel the Arca ghost (who had no fp to rr with). Farfalla hit Ani/Obi (90hp). Gambit for both. 197-165 for me.

Round 7: Mel won init again, so Farfalla attacked ineffectually vs Ani/Obi. Ani/Obi retaliated with not much more success. Xesh attacked but it was blocked. Gambit put me over the top, so that was the game. 207-175.

Wow, what a game! It was super close. When I realized that everyone had Force Bubble, I knew that had to be addressed; that deep strike with R2/Yoda was key, because if those Echani Jedi lived longer they would've been pouring out good damage on their turn and I think that would've been enough to turn the tables. Thanks for the game, Mel!

N3rdSl4y3r over Randy (240-43) on Outpost

Lots of shots from troopers. Lots of Shien from Jedi. Scout Troopers run fast and shoot, Jedi run fast and slice.

Darkdracul defeats Hi-Fives 250-56 (3-0)

Hi-Fives won map (*3rd game and I’ve lost every map roll) and we play on Theed.
I set up left in Faculty Office. Fives set up right in Security Deck.

Round 1: I won init. Spaced my guys apart just outside the Speeder Bay with Giza and Tantive holding doors open to Atrium. Fives set up outside the Atrium and locked the door on his side. No gambit Drac 0-0 Hi-Fives.

Round 2: I won init. I started moving Snipers into cover in the Speeder Bay. His Uggie destroyed the locked door and Wicket ran in finding cover. I destroyed doors to Speeder Bay and ran more Snipers into Speeder Bay room. Cara Dune and Bossk ran into cover under the door separating Speeder Bay from Atrium (gambit) room. My first Sniper rolled a 6 and a 3 to missed both shots on a Mouse. Lux Cannon shot Sniper to finish the mouse but rolled a 1 and a 2!! At which point we laughed about me rolling a 3 & 2 & 1. Calo Nord danced and exterminated the coverless Sniper. His R7 locked the big door between us. My uggie destroyed said locked door and Saw and the remainder of my team flooded the Speeder Bay. No gambits. Drac 0 - 13 High-Fives

Round 3: I won init. A Sniper did 20dam on Cara. Calo Nord Nade 40 Gizka and 2 Uggies blocking the way. 1 uggie died but the Gizka and an Uggie lived to continue to live on as meatshields. Then a brave young Sniper with proper rifle maintenance ran out into the Artium and shot Cara Dune for 40. Then Lux cannon shot him to finish her before she got to activate. Moralo moved Bossk up closer and Wicked sneaked up behind. Snipers put some damage of Calo Nord. His R7 ran interference for Calo Nord. Weetef and Sniper shot down the R7. Bossk murdered the adjacent uggie and a Sniper. Jyn Erso ran up and sent Calo Nord back to set up area. Hi-Fives put him in the Security Desk but the door was closed. My R7 ran 12 squares into Speeder Bay and found a line across the map to lock Calo Nord out.
No gambit. Drac 60 - 32 Fives.

Round 4: I won init. Young Money Sniper puts 40dam on Bossk. Moralo snipes an uggie and a Bad guy uggie bashes my Tantive Trooper dead. An angsty Sniper bases Bossk dealing 20 putting him at 50hp. Then Saw decides to get hands on and bases Bossk with a Cunning +14 Atk twinning 30dam shots, both hit killing Bossk. Wicket & Wurm shoot a Sniper down to 10hp. My team runs up shooting down a mouse, Wurm, & Moralo. I finish the round by opening the door to free the caged Calo Nord.
Gambit for me. Drac 174 - 40 Fives.

Round 5: Fives wins init! Calo runs out and kills the Gizka. Jyn Rus up and puts damage on Calo. My Team moves forward to kill last mouse, ugg, & Wicket. I get some more damage on Calo but he lives with 10hp.
Gambit for me. Drac 198 - 43 Fives

Round 6: Five wins init again! Calo runs up and nades 40 Jyn & 3 adjacent Snipers.. YIKES!
I roll an 18, an 18, a 16 and a 1. Only Young Money Sniper perishes in that exchange. Farewell, Young Money Sniper. Then Jyn mercilessly executes Calo Nord in revenge.
Gambit me. Drac 250 - 56 Fives

If Fives had played a little more aggressively and satchel charged that door for Calo Nord to get back into the fight, he could have whittled me down. Me making an unfair amount of Nade saves, locking out a presumed dead Calo Nord, winning nearly every initiative, having good spacing with lots of sacrificial scrubs, and 1 heroic Partisan Sniper made all the difference. Otherwise, I don’t think the Partisans had much of a chance. It was a lot of fun playing this crazy messed up skirmish and I really enjoyed getting to play with you Hi-Fives.

Old Flame (gandalf) defeats Nobody Expects the Imperial Inquisition (spry) 200-89

We both had (Wildspace) Outpost 3. I "lost" map roll and picked the right. Vader and the Inquisitors shared Intuition.

Round 1 we advanced as usual. Battle Ready got my squad down the lower corridor to below gambit. At the end I had accomplished Mission: Infiltration and Matt had Vader, Trilla and Reva in position and close enough for the "triple strike" with Tarkin's CE.

Round 2 was where most of the action happened. Matt won init with Master Tactician and went with Reva on Bo-Katan, hitting twice. Bo failed both Beskar saves (40HP) but pushed Reva back with Vambrace. Trilla gave up some AoOs, taking 20 from Armorer, and used Force Dash to try to take out Bo. However she rolled a 1, leaving Bo on 20HP, and also made her Vambrace save so she didn't get pushed out of the way for Vader to finish the job. Vader just laid into Armorer instead leaving her on 30HP. For my first trick, Bo flew over the Inquisitors and took Accurate to shoot at Thrawn in the back, needing to hit four times with 7s to take him out. She rolled a crit on the third one to kill him. That left her exposed so I moved the Gizka in front of her to absorb some damage. One Raxus trooper took out the Gizka, then another missed Bo. Cobb Vanth flew over to protect Bo and took shots at Reva, but only got 1 hit through (90HP). Armorer did some damage to Trilla (80HP). Tarkin took a pot-shot at Bo and rolled a crit! She failed Beskar and went to an early grave. After that I used the Munitions Expert and Axe Woves to triple Flamethrower on Reva, Trilla, Vader and Armorer. That ended Armorer, but Whistling Birds from Din Djarin finished off the Sisters and left Vader on 40HP.

Round 3 I won init 4-3 and the Nite Owls used Flamethrower to light up Vader's funeral pyre, just like in RotJ. Matt conceded as 5/6ths of his squad was dead.

The Inquisitors' top of the round strike with Cunning is extremely deadly but due to bad luck they weren't initially able to take out Bo-Katan, so she could snipe Thrawn to stop any swapping shenanigans. All of the auto-damage proved too much for them since they had Parry and Shien and Reflect but zero armour abilities to share.
