I thought there was word that these characters would be getting nerfed in a balance cmte ruling. Did this ever happen?

They were being considered by the Balance Committee. However, the BC decided not to make any changes.

Mother Talzin got a minor change. Her CE doesn't let them us an ability that replaces turn for the cannon anymore.
