Mandalorian Vambrace (When this character takes damage from an attack by an adjacent enemy, push the attacker back 2 squares; save 11 negates)

So after you defeat an adjacent character with Mandalorian Vambrace you still get pushed back?

Also, the push back counts as movement and does not ignore low cover correct?

Technically, before you defeat an adjacent character with Vambrace you would get pushed back. You deal the damage, then make the save, then the damage is applied and enemy defeated.

All pushes are movement and none ignore terrain. However Vambrace is not like some abilities which say "push to (exactly) X squares away from this character", so it can move the enemy less far, dependent on terrain.
