That's because he sold out fast. The last GaW restocking had him at $27. He lasted on the shelves about a day at that price.

i really think hes the one piece most people are aiming for but if you dont pull after a few boosters just wait a week or two and there will be a bunch online...atleast thats what im plannin ! lol
