I would have to say no. Not when great pieces like Asajj and Grevious are under 5 dollars.

On the other hand, when I compare that to the Boba Fett: Bounty Hunter, I bought this past weekend...

Give it time. Play at your LGS a couple weeks. Do a release event or two. You might get lucky and pull him. Most of the VRs are dropping down into the $25 range at least once the set has been out for a few weeks or a month. Cad may stay a tad higher, but you know, honestly, if I pulled two Cads, I would gladly trade one of them for some other VR that I'm missing. Not worth paying $30+ when people would likely trade you one.

Totally not worth that much money in my opinion. like LoboStele said, just play a few tournaments, maybe you'll pull him, if not it's not a big deal. I'd rather win with an original squad than have to resort to double/twin GM, Bounty Hunter, Stealth, Evade... I mean seriously come on guys, this guy is going to make the games boring. "I move two, shoot four times and move back, haha I'm the greatest at this game..."
No, you just don't know how to build a real squad and you have to resort to GOWK BFBH GGDC or now CB squads to win. "Beat a man with an ewok and he remembers it"- General George W Patton
