Is there any feasible way to defeat Durge JH in a dynamic duo setting? When it's him and Tyrannus LOTDS?

Force him to move. He loses most of his potency when he moves.
Also, Stealth. He does not have Accurate Shot. ;)

this is pretty solid enough advice for sure.
you could always send a Jedi to his death and try and beat him to death with a LS, but I have never seen it work.

Aye, Durge is tough, but rather slow in terms of speed. For example, a greater mobile shooter/Stealth/Cloaked would be able to repeatively force durge to move, hence preventing him from firing as often as he would like. Also, staying out of the 6 square sweetzone of Tyrannus would be helpful. Ranged is pretty much the answer, or at the very least a way of quickly taking one out. This squad is probably one of the better examples of a squad of equally dangerous peices. While Durge is dangerous, Tyanus is very pretty capable in his own right at this level.

Generally speaking, if you suspect he's being used, either use a Jedi with a high chance of stunning, like the apprentice/tyranus, or go for ranged attack, or even just a swift method that allows you to heap on the damage very quickly before he can really exert his power.

Killing Durge isn't very hard if you know what you are doing. I have killed him in DD with FlObi/Quinlan, the Recon is huge in setting that up. The problem then becomes hitting tyrannous.

However one thing I seriously have to say I would consider is possibly lessening their potency because the combination of the two of them is far to powerful. We aee considering a ban at my LGS because their win % is way to high compared to other duos.

I was one won init from beating them with Aurra/warmaster and I have beaten them with Cade, BH and Ani sith apprentice.

Also to note, with Dark Times coming shortly, we may see a shift in the meta with the new pieces introduced. Personally, I think Boba Fett, MC and IG-88, AD will make for a powerful combo.

I would use Cad Bane and Han Scoundrel, they both have evade and mobile(and Cad as stealth) Han can do 60, and Cad can do 80.

Not a Bad combo, inish would determine who gets pummeled first.
Cad would have the best chance in that scenario cuz of his stealth, so you can kinda sit on him while han tries to get some shots off.

Come Dark Times, GGDAC and IG-88, AD could solve this problem, IG-88 being able to kill Durge or LOTDS Tyranus in a single round.

Double/Twin with Opp. needs to not roll ones, and kills either of them.

Yoda JM and a JEnesaari Defender blew me out of the water when I ran Durge/Tyranus

Also Darth Bane/Twilek or Kota/Luke SS give the squad a tough run for its money

Vader(lord or legacy)/Zaalbar is also a very good squad as well.

I normally play Boba Merc and Darth Nihl. Boba can double and take out durge in two rounds just make nihl into a punching bag to cover for boba then make sure dooku cant catch boba and shoot him to death.
