Lightsaber Reflect, same name, same cost, Force 2 but two diffrent Abilities ???

Vader, LOTF
Luke and Yoda

Vaders Reflect deals the prevented Dmg and Luke and Yoda´s Reflect just deals 10 Dmg.

Why?

Lightsaber Reflect is now a variable ability, like Bounty Hunter +X. You go by what is on the card.

another question on reflect. If boba bh shoots loda and loda reflects it, can boba evade the reflect?

No because u can not evade SA´s
