I have this squad made up and I'm looking for help? which character (or characters) should replace the chiss and why?

I would add some door control. Maybe in the form of the new lobot so you have a chance of putting more echanis into play. but, definitely door control.

I would put in a mercinary commander (IE) to help those chiss's in exchange for a handmaden.

None of those 3.

Take out the Chiss Mercs and a Handmaiden for Ozzel, Mas Amedda, Lobot CLO, and the last 18 points fill with a Bodyguard of some type and Uggies.
