It's not a bonus, it's a stat change. It's defined this way in the glossary definition. It changes base damage.

When is a Stat Change the Glosarry says it, like the Shaper ability, greettings.

So if it changes the Base Damage, then you'd also multiply the bonus in rolling a natural 20.. Am I right?

OK, I didn't read the glosary or the FAQ, so you are right, the MS stacks with S, and affect the base, greettings.
