Would Animeek (Anikan & Padme on Reek) gain the +4 attack from Quigon JT's CE when using Blaster 20?
It would seem that Blaster X does not change the "printed Attack rating" of the charater.

Okay, found a bit more clear post from Nickname on the AT-AT.
The answer is no. While using Blaster, the values replace the printed values, becoming the printed values for the purposes of the attack.

http://community.wizards.com/go/thread/view/75862/19459214/An_AT-AT_can_get_defeated_in_one_turn!!!?pg=1 To get a more definative answer, one would have to go into the Archives (shudder). The AT-AT and the Medium/Heavy Blasters issues with crits pretty much is the same situation. If the damage rating is replaced, then so would the attack rating. Also applies in Ben Skywalker only getting +10 on a crit when using Twin Blasters.
