Is Advanced Shields 2 affected by Destabilize Shields?

I'm guessing it only works on Shields #

i believe that Destabilize shields works on all abilities whose name contains shields. IE: Energy Shield, Advanced shields, SHields, And Molecular Shielding. I could be wrong but that is how we have played it in the past.
