            When a character is using Strafe, does the enemy he's strafing get an AoO? I'm guessing no since you declare the attack before moving into an adjacent space.

            I think all characters with Strafe have Flight, so they do not get an AoO. One thing to note, to Strafe you actually have to enter the enemy's square. You roll the attack when you're adjacent, right before you enter the square.

            Every piece that has Strafe Attack also has Flight.  So it's not because the declaration of attack, but because the person doing the Strafe ignores enemy characters for movement.  
 Now if a Jedi Seer comes into play, then we have a horse of a different color.  Say an IG Lancer using Strafe Attack moves adjacent to the Seer; because of Jedi Reflexes, the Seer can make an AOO.
