Do Force abilities and commander effects stack at all? I.e: direct bonuses. Examples: Atris and Jolee and Mas Ammeda. So if Jolee used Valor; and Atris used Force Meditation; would all followers gain +6 atk/def or only +4? Same goes for Bastila Shan JM and, say, the OR senator. If Bastila uses ABM, and in that same round the senator uses his CE to affect a nearby Mira, would she be making her first attack at 40 damage or 30?

Yes. Force Abilities follow all the normal rules for stacking with Force Powers.
