No! No! NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! First Galaxy at War. A great title for a set that would showcase NR era and the Vong. Failed. Not a single NR or Vong piece in there. Now, Dark Times. Another great title, sounds like NR era. But nooooooooo, it's between Ep. III & IV. WHY?!?!? WHY!?!?! What do they have against the Yuuzhan Vong??!?!?

Dark Times focuses on the GCW because those WERE the Dark Times, in Obi-Wan's words, and in that it was the ttle of a comic from that era.

Which means we probably won't get a new Luke or Leia (they'd be a bit... young... to do anything much in a skirmish). Han would be a maybe, IMO, and Boba would also probably be a maybe. We're probably destined to get a new Darth Vader, however (is Wizards still required to put at least 1 Anakin, Vader, or Luke into each set?). Another Emperor, perhaps? Would be pretty close together, of course. Although the piece I would really like to see is a Rebel Mon Mothma. She helped form and lead the Rebellion and we don't have a Rebel version of her?  Oh, and we all realise that we are absolutely, 100% guaranteed to get another Stormtrooper reprint in this set.

I hope the new chewie has affinity for New Rep, slim chance but hey i'm hoping. ... Celeste Mourne! She fits the time period well. I hope they add her. If there are more force users in this set i hope they're fringe.

/rant i feel ya buddy, but being that the new season of CWs is out, Hasbro had to show it some love. now with Dark Times, i can be more stoked then i already am, (though i know of no stats just yet). its a really good comic series, so if no one has read it, theres about 15-16 issues out. it shows the true tyranny of the Empire, and some of its genocidal side as well. the transition from clone to storm trooper is pretty sweet. @Sithborg, yes, the Vong did fit perfectly into JA. the Ossus Guardians say it all.

I don't know if they've stopped the practice, but it seems to me as if at least a couple of the generics for each set have come straight from the RPG. It might not be a bad idea to check out the Force Unleashed sourcebook, that may have some hints as well.
Probably another Vader's apprentice en route, while i'm thinking about it.

I hope we get Omega Squad, Jax, Laranth, I-5, new VSA(maybe with more evened out force powers) , Bevel Lemelisk, A rebel Bail and Mothma, Tyber Zann, Silri, Urai, Cuddles, did I miss anything?
