I was hoping to get Hondo Ohnaka. With the price Cad is going for as a single (around $32), Im glad I got him. Hondo is around $16. I'll be happy to trade you Hondo for Captain Argyus if you really want him.

I haven't got any GaW boosters yet. I don't think they are that great for someone with my extremely limited collection. I do however want to save up for a Dark Times booster or 2 when it comes out in January. Maybe even Masters of the Force in April...

Not too bad. My case was great. Only missing three VR's, Yularean,Mar Tuuk, and Wat. Not to shabby, thankfully they're the cheaper of the VR's. So glad I pulled Bane, he's ridiculously expensive

I just got a text from a buddy of mine. He bought his first two boosters of GAW while on a business trip and pulled Cad Bane and Mar Tuuk!! While those pulls are awesome for him, it's also kind of lucky for me. We're about to split a case, and now he's going to give me dibs on Cad if we get one.

Picked up two more boosters today while out and about with some more borders coups. Uplled obi-wan, and Rex.... and 2 LR-57's, didnt realize how big these guys were!

So one of the greatest 1st pulls from the new set was done by my friend and his 8 year old daughter. I don't think he'll mind I'm posting this, because he usually just spends his time reading posts. First, you have to realize she isn't big into the game, but she wanted a booster back like her dad and brother, so he got one for her and one for himself from the GAW set. He opened his and it was General Skywalker.....Good rare to pull in my opinion. Then his daughter opened her's and got Cad Bane. When he was telling me the story I was laughing  . Then I asked, "Well, did you trade her for it?" He said he had to give her a couple Leias and promise her another one when he got it. It's a classic scenerio!

I am going to a release tourny tomorrow, but I got a couple boosters at Borders:
Opened the first booster. Sitting on the top of the booster is a figure...two guns...big hat...long coat....
Yeah, Bane. And I didn't even want him to start off with. Oh, well, it could be a lot worse :D.

Ugh! I've gone to numerous stores in my area looking for a GAW booster, but I've had absolutely no luck (I'm supposed to split a case with a friend, but that hasn't happened yet)! So I decided to print out a 30% off Borders coupon and revisit the Waldenbooks I went to earlier in the week. Still there were no GAW boosters to be found! However, I just COULDN'T let my coupon go to waste, so I purchased the last Clone Wars booster on the shelves. Now a couple of weeks ago I bought a booster at this store and pulled my first GGDAC  . So what did I get this time...DARTH SIDIOUS HOLOGRAM  (and an IG-86 to boot)!! Now I can check off another 'high want' from my list!! Maybe no GAW boosters wasn't a bad thing after all.

I'm going to wait to see what we get in the booster tourney tomorrow before I see what I need to trade for. With any luck I will walk out tomorrow with the 4 VRs we need
