my Cad Bane came in the mail today, i was one of the few lucky ones to get him under 30$!
i also got my JG Obi, my 2 R7s, another senate guard (man those guys are tough!), another roger roger and another rodian Trader.
i was dissappointed with my first 5 Gaw boxes, so i had to splurge. still cost me in total less then 38 dollars.
my new combo is bane, JG Obi and Yularen.

I pulled Grevious scourge and cad in my release tourney boosters. i ended up running cad and two B3 ultra SBD. I took first winning an extra booster and pulling cody. all in all a darn good night.

busted 4 boosters today. got 3 VR   juice man busted one and got a VR  the last 5 boosters on the shelf had 4 VR  , but alas no Cad

Today, my friend bought one pack, and got Cad Bane. I did hate him for awhile, but we had a one-on-one of Cad versus Fett BH, and Fett destroyed him. I did evade plenty of his shots, though...

I was going to wait until the release to buy any GaW, but with the singles in the display case and the boosters on the shelf calling my name, I had to give in. I'm pleased.

First booster I opened from my case had Ventress for the Rare. Don't remember what else was with her since when i opened my case I just went through them quick to see which 4 VR I had.

Finally got my first pack today, and pulled: Captain Argyus Clone Trooper with Night Vision Rodian Trader Commando Droid Captain Clone Trooper with Repeating Blaster Battle Droid Commando Droid So not a bad pack, overall. All but one piece was something I wanted to get, with the only exception being a Super Rare, so I should be able to turn it into something I do want (Right? Right?! )

I'm having the best luck while unsuccessfully searching for Galaxy at War! Let me explain....
I will be splitting a case of GaW with a friend of mine this weekend. In the interim I've been searching high and low to buy that first booster of the new set! I've been to 3 Targets, 1 Waldenbooks, 1 Books-a-Million, 1 Borders Books, and 1 LGS. I've even been to several of those locations multiple times, and yet I still can't find a booster of GaW in this great city of Houston.
HOWEVER...(as mentioned earlier) instead of a GaW booster, I randomly bought a CW booster that yielded a Sidious Hologram mini. And then yesterday I really struck gold. At Books-a-Million I found an out of print copy of the Star Wars KOTOR RPG Campaign Guide! This product sells on eBay for $100, and I got it for the MSRP. And this wasn't the first time I had looked for the KOTOR Campaign Guide at that very same store.
The Star Wars Fates are funny and fickle.
