Janesville, WI will again host the Wisconsin Star Wars Miniature regional.

tourney will begin at 11 am
$15 entry fee
we'll have prizes for all:
-- Top Prize: The winner will win a 4 day pass to Gencon and a ticket to the main event which is on Saturday.
-- cool Eric Larson Trophies to Top 4
-- a variety of Star Wars related items to choose from

With my new powers as judge. I am declaring an official tile wars regional to take place during the final 4. All who are not in the final 4 are welcome and encouraged to play.

Bring your tile wars squads and see if you have what it takes to become a tile wars regional champion.

Are regionals in the same place every year? Because I'm in Germantown, and I'd like to get to regionals next year, but Janesville is a bit far away.

Racine held it for a couple years (which since seems to have had a drop in # of players and lost the venue).
Janesville has held it the last two years (we have a lot that play routinely; we also tried to make it easier for the Madison and Minneapolis groups -- who now seem to have stopped playing).

Just depends on who wants to organize and host it and where players are.
