I've been talking with captaingig and we've come up with some necessary scenario conditions that are historically consistent, in order to give the rescue a fighting chance.
49 LS, CotF
30 Chewie, RH
26 Leia, BH
9 R2D2 w/ext sensor
6 C-3PO
X Han in Carbonite
Both Tamtel & Boushh gain Spy and only lose it if they attack or if Han is freed. After which Tamtel turns into Lando DS and Boushh to Leia BH. At which point Leia BH gains avoid defeat on a 6 or > and returns as Leia Slave. Han is freed at the end of the round; after an ally ends their move adjacent to him, at which point he turns into Han Scoundrel.

maybe jabba's goon squad could have a higher squad value number, and the rebels get some sort of + to their attacks and saves, since the Force, and luck were on their side,

Going to delay to better design the scenario, as BoH should be front and center tomorrow. However I'll bring the map so we can continue brainstorming.
