I tried to edit an IG-88 squad and add in other IG-88s with IG-88A and that didn't seem to be working

I'm seeing some Affinity issues: Jedi Battlemaster not coming up in NR (working now  )Vua Rapuung not coming up with Anakin Solo Anakin TCO not coming up with Imp. Palps Disra allowing Vong  and not Order 66

Ok this is oddly specific and not super important but, When Lord Krayt is put into a squad he is changing all non-unique Fringe pieces to Sith For example http://www.bloomilk.com/Squad/124719/krayt-lives--and-lives--and-lives-

And Disra is changing Vong to Imperial, proving that 2 wrongs still = wrong.

Krayt and Disra should both be fixed now. I'm still working on IG-88A.

Rapport for Alexi Garyn and CNGL are fixed now.
I also finally fixed the Terentatek's Rapport, I think.

Curious. Rapport isn't applied to the first one in the squad. I removed Atin, and then Fi lost his Rapport while the other two were still in the squad, and still had thier rapport removed. Might be an issue with how they fixed them from benefitting from thier own Rapport.
