Question on how to watch a vassal game Options

I could probably figure this out through trial and error but I rather not look stupid, so that's why I am asking. Is there a way to just watch a game being played out on vassal without actually playing or interfering with the game?

Yes, you may watch game.

If the game room is locked, then you only be allowed in by an invite.

When you enter a room a box appears, YOU MUST drag the box bigger!
Then you will see choices for:
-observer
-player 3
-player 4

Note: in this example players 1 and 2 have been already taken, and therefor do not appear.

Choose one of these to see the game.

If the box did not appear, then RIGHT CLICK and synchronize with the player in the bold type.
Remember, many options on Vassal are the right click!

For courtesy's sake, you'll want to synchronize as an observer, as those who sync as players 3 and 4 can modify the board. And that can and has lead to disastrous results.

Hey guys either i'm blind or its not in my window but i cant find the synchronize your talking about. I open the main room and then i'm not sure what to do from there. Any help?

After joining another game room, right click on someone else in that room. Synchronize will be one of the options.
