I'm curious, does anyone know what the most damage that can be dealt by 1 character in 1 attack is? Assuming standard DCI squad building rules, 200 points. I have an assumption that its some sort of Windu build, but'm trying to wrap my head around any other options.

well Boba Fett BH has the potential to disintegrate in 1 shot. All i can think of is mace who can do 60 if he crits someone same will go for Canderous Ordo 60 if he crits. Darth Bane can at least do 50 (30 base, +sith Rage and Jedi hunter.) and if he crits it will add +30 more damage.

A T1 Bulk Loader, with Rodger, Rodger and Close-Range Targeting Computer can do 60. You could also give it Twin and Double. Hard to hit with it though.

1 attack or 1 turn?
In 1 turn, it's probably still something with Rebels where you can use Rebel Troop Carts to pack many Gonk Droids adjacent to one character.
For 1 attack, Fringe can be boosted more than most other pieces, so I would expect a Fringe to wind up winning this. Although you can boost a Vong's base with 2 Shapers to get a better Crit.

Young krayt dargon with a crit and with Exar's CE could= 80 with one strike I think.

Viceroy Nute Gunray + Gha Nachkt + BX Commando Droid Sniper + 52x Battle Droids = 550 Damage.
I'm sure there's better out there.

In 1 attack, not one turn/phase. Just looking for which 1 character, after SA's and CE's can deal the most damage in one die roll, probably in the form of some type of critical hit.

Klatooinian Hunter Crit + Assajj Strike Leader = 90dmg
+10 Might Swing
+10 Deadeye
+20 Chagrian
+10 (Either Cunning or Deceptive)
+30 (Garindan's Spotter combining fire)
+20 (Improved Spotter +20) (Assuming Spotter and Improved Spotter stack)
+10 Merciless (Make him a Bribery reinforcement from Tyber Zann)
And... turn him into a cyborg, too with the new .
+10 Roger Roger
+10 Close-range Targeting-computer
220dmg in one attack from a Klatooinian Hunter in Separatists.

For example, a Krayt Dragon with Exar and Celeste can do 110 against the right enemy in one attack

I'm sure there's better out there. Improved Spotter doesn't stack. You'd only get the benefit once on a single attack. (Although combining fire does, so you could have an absurdly high attack value if you wanted.)

Shooter needs to be a Chiss Mercenary instead... but then he costs too much to be a bribery option. (Actually, the Hunter already cost too much anyway.) So back down to 210 dmg.

General Solo (AKA Long Shot Han) at half hit points, benefiting form Leia's CE, on a crit can hit once for=70. Might be the most for the rebels.

I assume you mean 1 attack (not really an attack though) to 1 enemy because a kel-dor bh could do 40 damage at once to 8 people at once for a total of 320 points of damage.

I don't know the vong faction well enough, but maybe with shaper and jedi hunter and all their bonuses (even including a stolen CE from the coordinator?) you could probably get them up there.
