I was thinking about some good uses of Harrar's CE and other than using the Seer to automatically get Scarification I had another idea. What about Dominate or Puppet Master?

Yep, I'm currently testing out a Vong squad Neural Mapping Boba Fett BH to give him Vong bonuses and then use Harrar's CE for Auto-Dominate for more damage & Scared chances of Disintegration.
