So if she is in a squad with luminara and general obiwan kenobi. Then barriss will have a def of 27. 19 base + 4 for obi CE + 4 from synergy w/ luminara. So she would be 31 defence in cover. WOW

Wow... Hadn't thought of that. That's ridiculous....
EDIT: No... That's not right. Luminara does not up her defense by 4, just her attack.

It says something like: "Rapport (This character gets +4 Attack and +4 Defense while an allied character named Luminara Unduli is within 6 squares)". It raises Attack and Defense, and it only works with Luminara Unduli from Clone Strike (not any future versions).

Optimistic on that is what is intended, but there are other issues that are going on that prevents me from getting too excited (Soresu, Ahsoka can't get Synergy). The glossary only mentions the ATK bonus, so we will see.
